'ÅŒpio means "young", which describes the blossoming character of a short barrel aging. Retaining crisp notes of the raw spirit, while revealing smoothness and budding maturity from the barrel.

Aged in North American White oak barrels with medium char.

We infuse high proof silver with three types of smoked chili peppers, then blend it with our barrel aged Batch 2. The smoky aromatics of the chilis blend incredibly well with the barrel oak flavors for an alluring spirit with just a bit of heat.

A spicy spirit to enjoy straight up on a hot afternoon, or blended into cocktails where smokiness is desired.
